The role of Product Marking manager for Power Modules in Power IC business unit is an exciting, challenging, and important role at Infineon.
Job description:
In your new role you will:

• Leadthe Power Modules portfolio and drive the roadmap.
• Drivepower module roadmap understanding with customers and within the Infineonorganization.
• UnderstandMarket Trends, Competitive Landscape, Key Customers,and Applications for above products.
• Establisha deep understanding about our power module products including competitive differentiators and value proposition to support
  customer engagement.
• Supportcustomer presentations, distributor trainings, and act as a resource forthe regional sales and application marketing team.
• SupportRegional Sales, Application marketing, and the TechnicalMarketing teams to establish and develop trusted relationships withkeystakeholders
• Document andcommunicate Market trends and customer requirements to enable new productdefinition.
• Execute businessunitestrategy to achieve PL Revenue and Design win targets for the powermodule products

Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• B.S./M.S. Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years ofexperience in power electronics or Semiconductors.
• 3-5 years ofexperience in Product Marketing or Application engineering.
• 0-3 year ofexperience in interfacing with customers in a B2B environment
• Interest inResolving complicated business challenges, demonstrates a strong desire tomanage their business.
• Solidinterpersonal skills to interface with customers, present solutions, andwork closely with both internal and external interfaces.
• Self-motivedto learn and take on new topics which may arise during the course ofbusiness activities.
• Inspiresothers to follow their vision despite an uncertain future and acontinually changing list of requirements.
