The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the success of our Portable Generators business via marketing impact. You will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans for new & existing products, creating compelling product positioning & messaging, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful strategy execution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop & Optimize Product Marketing Strategies:
Leverage data and insights to establish and optimize go-to-market strategies
Analyze consumer research, market trends and business performance to optimize marketing plans
Establish Compelling Product Positioning:
Develop clear and compelling product positioning, including messaging that resonates with target audiences
Create differentiated positioning strategies to establish our products as leaders in the market and drive sales
Execute Go-to-Market Strategies:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for existing products & new product launches
Work closely with sales, product, creative, and communication teams to ensure alignment and consistency of execution
Create & Deploy Content:
Create and manage marketing content, including advertising, digital assets, and sales enablement materials
Collaborate with creative, website, media & channel marketing teams to develop engaging and informative product content
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years’ proven experience in product marketing, with a track record of driving results
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
Familiarity with generators and/or power stations
Supervisory level experience, project management and/or responsible for critical initiatives
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
