The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Account Supervisor to join our team. As the Social Media Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing social media strategies for our clients, ensuring their online presence aligns with their brand identity and communication goals. Your expertise will guide our clients to effectively engage their target audience, manage their online reputation, and drive positive interactions.
Responsibilities
SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM)

  • Deep knowledge of social media tools and platforms
  • Assist in leading all monthly and ad hoc client calls and presentations
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced environment and with other partner agencies
CLIENT EXCELLENCE AND STRATEGY
  • Act as the client champion; be their trusted partner and help all aspects of their social marketing plan
  • You'll bring in-depth knowledge of social and track record of producing high-quality client work
  • Identify areas to provide strategic value to client partners
PROCESS AND ORGANIZATION
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in deadline-oriented environment
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at once
  • Keep a consistent pulse on client's business and be aware of all factors that influence it
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in social media, brand or digital marketing working on large scale social communication campaigns
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced environment and with other partner agencies
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at once
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large and complex projects and budgets
  • Knowledge of paid media and digital analytics
