Marketing Proposal Coordinator for Architectural Engineering Firm

Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator For Architectural Design Firm to join our team! You will be responsible for researching and responding to RFPs and other solicitations in pursuit of new community focused Architecture Design projects.

Responsibilities:

• Graphic design and preparation of RFP responses and proposal writing
• Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
• Develop and maintain internal database of resumes and firm information
• Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
• Creation of unique infographics for inclusion in marketing literature

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in proposal writing and AE marketing or other related fields
• Marketing and Graphics design experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in teams
