Marketing Coordinator

ATI is seeking a marketing coordinator to join their partner company based in Lenexa, KS. This person will be responsible for coordinating marketing, advertising and promotions internally for cross-functional teams.
This is a generalist position so we are looking for someone creative, that also values business strategy and marketing analytics to drive results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage online databases of targets and customers.
• Plan marketing and branding objectives and develop strategies alongside other company staff.
• Develop direct marketing materials and coordinate campaigns to increase overall market visibility in each segment served by company.
• Engage customers/prospects on social media.
• Prepare and send sample product for prospective buyers and sales personnel.
• Prepare sales presentations.
• Support sales in customer meetings.
• Ensure brand messages are consistent.
• Work with the Graphics Department to format, and update company forms and brochures.
• Maintaining your work area in a cleaned and organized fashion at all times.
• Report any inefficient or unsafe conditions to management upon discovery of the conditions.
• Occasionally assist other classifications in areas of the plant and warehouse as needed.
• Ensure that internal and external project schedules and product launches are being met.
