We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator - Medical / Med Spa to join the Ganger Dermatology team and drive growth with dynamic, creative marketing strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with both our aesthetics team and clinical staff to develop a comprehensive marketing plan. You'll utilize resources such as social media, email marketing, local businesses, and our existing client base to promote our products, services, and appointment availability. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the dermatology and beauty industry. aesthetician experience or experience in a med spa, day spa, or medical clinic is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services, products, and appointment availability, including but not limited to:
  • Implementing promotional campaigns
  • Managing and utilizing social media platforms
  • Coordinating events
  • Initiating client engagement strategies
  • Executing email marketing campaigns
  • Developing business and community relationships
  • Creating creative strategies to attract a diverse array of clients
  • Leveraging patient testimonials
• Monitor GoogleAds statistics and develop strategies to ensure optimal ad performance and search result placement and review quantity/quality.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences across all departments.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making recommendations as needed.
• Provide detailed information about the clinic's services, multiple product lines, pricing, sales, and packages through various communication channels.
• Efficiently manage appointment schedules to maximize aesthetician availability and client satisfaction, and advertise last-minute aesthetic and clinical openings on social media and email.
• Leverage internal software to generate comprehensive reports that monitor marketing efforts and plan strategies to optimize room capacity and maximize revenue.
• Showcase expertise in skincare products and treatments to maximize social media advertising effectiveness and develop impactful marketing strategies.
• Work with department managers and the leadership team to develop and maximize product, service packages, events.
• Create and manage marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, promotional materials, in-room ads, and social media posts for outlets such as TikTok, Facebook, X, and Instagram.
• Collaborate with external vendors, community partners, and local business networks for marketing initiatives.
• Manage and monitor the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Oversee website content management and advertising.
• Educate all staff regarding follow-up the impact they have on marketing efforts.
• Support additional projects and tasks that contribute to the growth of Ganger Dermatology as needed.

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, On-site.

Travel Required: You will have a home base office but regular travel to all offices is required. **

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Marketing Experience
• Aesthetician experience or experience in a med spa, day spa, or medical clinic (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for the skincare industry..

Note: Although an aesthetic background/license would be a bonus for this position, this is not an aesthetician in-room position. This position will focus more on marketing support for both the aesthetic and clinical departments.
