What we're seeking:

Frontier Communications is in the midst of exciting growth and transformation and is looking for a creative and strategic media professional, seeking a new challenge, to join our Media teamIn this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States.

What we need in you:

You are an experienced Senior Marketing Manager who can excel at media strategy, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis for our consumer division. You can effectively contribute to a team responsible for carrying out media strategy - driving creative thinking and best-in-class execution.

What you'll do:
  • The candidate reports to the Director, Media on all media and campaign-related issues. The Manager will actively liaise with consumer marketing and our agency teams
  • Collaborate with the VP and Director, Marketing to help develop annual media budget and quarterly media campaigns
  • Key partner to manage all acquisition database marketing campaigns
  • Day-to-day point of contact for database marketing media plans with a concentration in prospect direct mail and email - from developing recommendations, execution details, and budget management
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage the end-to-end direct mail and email data and prospect execution process including list definition, a/b test design, data validation, and performance reporting
  • Manipulate large data sets, navigating a variety of servers, data types, and data structures
  • Create detailed audience list requirements to support database marketing efforts. Work in partnership with Consumer Marketing, Database Marketing, Analytics, and Product to develop lists based on targeting prospects based on eligibility requirements
  • Steer cohesive measurement strategy with Data Analytics for weekly telesales and cart performance in-campaign reporting
  • Manage the in-campaign reporting on weekly results to analyze overall performance including test insights and contribute to testing roadmap initiatives
  • Assist with media agencies' relationships and their day-to-day management including driving projects and managing deliverables
  • Analyze media performance with a critical eye for ongoing improvement; work with the marketing analytics team and MMM data to draw insight from campaign results and leverage learnings to steer future performance
  • Be the connective tissue across internal teams including Media, Marketing, Creative, Strategy, Expansion, Analytics, and external partners
  • Contribute to media strategy presentations
  • Research and implement new emerging media opportunities and technologies relevant to our media strategies
  • Maintain current knowledge of media, marketing, and industry best practices

What we offer:

  • Salary Range: $92,000 to $176,000
  • 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

What background you should have:
  • 6+ years experience as Senior Marketing Manager or equivalent with a strong background in database marketing including direct mail and email; understanding of digital media is preferred
  • Analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint is required; SQL is a plus
  • Highly organized, ability to work freely in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities with a high level of responsiveness and a result-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Telecom industry is preferred
