Essential Functions:

  • Partner with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Atlanta-based enterprise marketing team on the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and business strategy which includes the season pass plan, promotions plan, and financial and attendance projections.
  • Deliver annual season pass attendance and revenue targets through the development and implementation of a multi-channel season pass strategy and plan focused on attracting and retaining season pass holders and increasing season pass visitation.
  • Deliver annual promotions attendance and revenue targets through the development and implementation of the annual promotion's strategy and plan. The successful plan will include but not be limited to Retail, QSR, and soft-drink activation, attendance-driving events, reporting, and program analysis.
  • In conjunction with the Director of Sales and Marketing, develop pricing strategies, bundling opportunities, and other special product initiatives to deliver plan targets.
  • As assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing, coordinate marketing campaigns at the property level to deliver on brief; serving as point-of-contact with the enterprise marketing team and different property departments in the development of plans and content as needed.
  • As assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing, review and provide feedback on cross-channel creative.
  • Develop and deliver reports and presentations for assigned areas or special projects at the request of the Director of Sales & Marketing. This includes but is not limited to analytical summaries of promotional and season pass performance, attendance analysis, and/or concept testing.
  • Partner with the enterprise marketing team to activate national sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Model and reflect the Wild Adventures culture to guests, partners, direct reports, supervisors, peers, and property and enterprise leadership.
  • Purposefully develop all direct reports through an ongoing commitment to growth; creating an environment of clarity in expectation, praise/recognition, and accountability.
  • Team player mentality with guest-oriented focus.Sometimes working outside of zone to assist other departments when needed.
  • Responsible for leading aspects of and assisting with promotional events, including seasonal events, on the sides of setup and execution.
  • Other duties as assigned.
