Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr. Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr. Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, The Original Donut Shop Coffee, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes. We aim to help grow KDP’s iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.
Responsibilities:
Create culture-driving, business-building big brand work from mass broadcast film and web video, to targeted social and influencer campaigns, to attention-getting activation, and retail sponsorship programs
Lead and review the work of the creative teams; guiding and inspiring the teams and developing their talents
Partner with strategy on both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology
See your ideas through from concept to execution, working with producers, project managers and other internal and external partners to execute with brilliance
Collaborate with the Brand Design group to bring to life ideas in print, OOH, digital, retail, and social as needed
Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
Oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables
Proactively identify opportunities to tap into or incorporate the latest trends in pop culture, creativity, executional approaches & techniques, and broader inspirations, innovations and interruptions
Ensure high performance results of your team by:

Requirements
A minimum of 12 years of experience as a creative (Copywriter, ACD) at ad agency, brand, publisher, or social media platform with an award winning portfolio.
A well-grounded brand advocate with strategic understanding and creative leadership of a brand
Has a strong portfolio of work with recognizable campaigns and ideas you wish you'd done yourself
Instinctively knows what good looks like - and passionately talks about it
A safe pair of hands that can deliver on-brand creativity first time and can direct themselves accordingly
Represents the agency as the go to person for all art direction and has a great eye for design and aesthetics, and is hugely passionate about art direction and design craft of our industry
Can bring fresh, inspirational thinking to any brand
Brand, sector, and media specialties
Has won meaningful awards and can write case studies for awards
Can use seminal work to direct and inspire
Regular contributor to agency knowledge (sparking ideas)
Continuously abreast of what's happening in our industry
