Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. If you are passionate about crafting engaging content, growing brand presence on social media, and staying updated on the latest digital trends, we want to hear from you. Our portfolio consists of resorts, hotels, restaurants, and spas, offering diverse and exciting opportunities to showcase your creativity.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Create Compelling Content: Produce creative and visually compelling content for various social media platforms that resonates with our target audience.
  • Write Blogs: Develop and write engaging blog posts that highlight our portfolio and their surrounding areas.
  • Engage and Respond: Monitor and actively engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze Performance: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize our social media campaigns.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new strategies and tactics to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High technical proficiency, including Microsoft or Google Office suite, email clients, databases, etc.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, coupled with a sense of urgency and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Must be able to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
  • A commitment to teamwork and collaboration, coupled with a proven track record of job reliability, diligence, and dedication.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays.

Pay Range:
Up to USD $18.25/Hr.
