We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis to cover for our Marketing Manager's maternity leave.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-channel marketing, with experience in customer acquisition and lifecycle strategies.
They will play a crucial role in driving subscriber growth and engagement across various platforms.
Responsibilities:• Execute lead generation marketing campaigns and evergreen efforts to drive the creation of new teams, streams, and subscribers.
• Implement paid digital and portfolio marketing strategies to drive subscriber acquisition.
• Maintain and optimize data-driven customer lifecycle journeys to retain customers and drive member signups across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and B2B Brand Marketing teams to optimize product offerings and user journeys.
• Work closely with creative marketing and CRM teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
• Manage the curation, development, QA, and approval of brand newsletters.
• Leverage engaging content to increase website traffic and encourage user engagement and retention.
• Activate marketing deliverables with ad partners and Better Together partners to maximize synergistic initiatives.
• Support symphony events where relevant.
• Grow and engage with the B2C database to continue building the SportsEngine brand.
Knowledge and Skills:• Experience in creating and optimizing customer journeys and sales funnels.
• Ability to develop behavior-based marketing tactics that drive conversions and reduce churn.
• Understanding of omni-channel marketing best practices and tactics.

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Experience leveraging customer insights to drive strategy.

QualsAssociate Marketing Manager Required Qualifications:
• 1+ year(s) of email marketing experience with strong brands, demonstrating success with implementing multiple acquisition and nurture campaign strategies.
• 1+ year(s) of digital marketing experience spanning paid social, paid search, and web application development to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Knowledge of industry email marketing regulations and best practices.
• Solid understanding of campaign lifecycles and audience segmentation.
Desired Characteristics:• Experience with CRM software programs like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Drupal, WordPress, Intercom, or similar.
• Proactive, high-achieving self-starter with an adaptable, change-oriented mindset.
• Strong team player with the ability to foster relationships across multiple levels and functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
