The Communications team at Arthrex is growing and we are actively searching for a Product Communications Specialist. This position will be located on our corporate campus in Naples, FL. Main Objective:
The Product Communications Specialist serves as a liaison between Arthrex Product Management and Communications and is responsible for the development and execution of integrated communication strategies that support product marketing/promotion and patient education. This role is highly collaborative and requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level with strong project management skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop, present and execute strategic communication plans that support the needs of product teams within assigned verticals.Collaborate with Corporate Communications sub-teams and cross functional creative teams on campaign recommendations and tactics for achieving established business objectives and KPIs.Manage the successful execution of all campaign initiatives, including research, planning, concepting, implementation, evaluation and reporting; ensure that established deadlines are met.Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders and business partners and serve as main point of contact ensuring all communications and digital marketing needs are being met.Collaborate and interface with various business units throughout the company; meet with requestors, gather information and distribute meeting notes with actionable items.Facilitate strong communication within the Communications team; collaborate with all sub-team leads and manage project workflow processes across multiple teams and departments.Stay abreast of industry trends, opportunities and best practices to continually enhance how we communicate digitally with our various audiences.Serve cross-functional roles within the department as needed or assigned.Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required preferably in communications, marketing or related field5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or similar role required3 years of writing experience (preferably a mix of journalism and marketing) requiredExperience with account management (agency or in-house) working with or on a Communications or Marketing team preferredExperience with enterprise marketing automation and social media platforms for business preferredMedical device and/or consumer product industry experience preferredKnowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsA quick learner who is highly organized and able to jump into projects and own themExperience working successfully with cross-functional teamsDeadline- and detail-oriented with strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects/processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExceptional time and project management skillsMachine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
