About the Job
Strategy Development:
Help develop comprehensive PR activities aligning with the brand strategy, consumer insights and market trends
Develop and implement global PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and media presence
Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure agreement on brand strategies and campaigns
Oversee the creation of seasonal press releases
Support the PR lead in developing strategic and creative concepts for all global PR events including collection/product releases, cultural and values events, media partnerships
Work with Press:
Identify opportunities for brand exposure, partnerships, and collaborations
Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the fashion and lifestyle landscape, with a close eye on latest trends, consumer dynamics and behaviors
Manage and edit updated press lists for all print, online, broadcast, social media contacts and outlets.
Maintain PR and collaboration seeding lists; editor, talent and influencers
Produce new press lists for events and projects
Develop pitching strategy for brand stories and press releases to secure media coverage in fashion magazines, newspapers, dailies.
Identify and foster relationships with editors, stylists, wardrobe stylists, producers, influencers to increase brand awareness and establish relevance.
Support Reporting & Budget:
Analyze media coverage to gauge PR effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments
Determine measurable campaign objectives and KPIs
Lead the Global PR Budget and work with the PR director on allocating costs and reflowing budget throughout the year
Project & Event Management:
Manage projects supporting seasonal product goals and product launches, Including sample product ordering/distribution, and product seeding
Support with creative briefs, campaign shoots, press release, asset production , etc .
About You
4+ years of experience in PR or marketing
Bachelor's degree or comparable working experience
The expected starting salary range for this role is $77,300- $120,000
. We may
ultimately
pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a
