Sr Manager Digital Marketing

JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for KPI digital strategies, planning, content, production, and budget for the website, Social Media handles, all paid media efforts, and CRM. This role will also be collaborating with our Global Marketing and Development teams and manages performance of agency and other service providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Website Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of company websites to ensure effective user experience and functionality
  • Social Media Strategy: Refine and implement strategic approaches to social media platforms, driving engagement, traffic, and brand visibility
  • Paid Media Campaigns: Develop and execute creative, data-driven paid media campaigns, optimizing audience segmentation and monitoring performance
  • CRM Management: Monitor customer relationships, implement effective CRM strategies, and devise retention techniques to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Budget Management: Responsible for overseeing and tracking the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of Marketing/Advertising experience
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 3+ years of paid media experience
  • Startup Business Experience critical
  • Must be able to work under fast paced, changing conditions
  • Skillset in building a digital media strategy and ability to execute despite distractions
  • Attention to detail in managing multiple tasks/requests important
  • Experience in managing multiple budget line items and tracking of media payments
  • Confidence in your work and ability to summarize insights and effectively articulate a POV to senior leadership on changes in market conditions
  • Agency or related client-side experience is advantageous
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills

We are committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The pay range for this position is $140,000-$170,000.
