Job Description
General Summary of Duties: Responsible for the day-to-day execution of all marketing initiatives and management of the property Player Development and Marketing teams. Creates and implements all property marketing strategies, which includes but is not limited to, business development, advertising, direct mail, promotions, entertainment, public relations, property communications, competitive research and charitable contributions.
Typical Physical/Mental Demands: Requires prolonged standing or sitting; requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity; ability to distinguish letters and symbols; work accurately with basic and intermediate math; ability to use basic office equipment (computer, telephone, copier and fax); requires normal vision and hearing range; ability to communicate directly, telephonically, and electronically with guests, general public, management and staff in English; understands and complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures, job description and other instructions.
Typical Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office environment; extensive contact with department heads, staff members, and outside vendors and guests; ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years management experience in a casino-related marketing industry required. In addition,3 plus years experience in direct mail, promotions and advertising also required.
Certificate/License: Level 3 Occupational License with Illinois Gaming Board.

- Understand and adhere to all Grand Victoria Casino and Marketing Department standards, policies and procedures.
- Obtain a strong understanding of the Internal Control Systems (ICS) and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).
- Ability to comply with ce Standards. Casino'Cguests on a continuous basis; sion and ability to create an atmosphere in which guests areand practice the Grand Victoria Casino's Family Style Service Standards.
- Manages Caesars PD and VIP programs.
- Identify marketing opportunities.
- Develop player marketing programs that maintain/increase market share, visitation, new customer acquisition and gaming revenue.
- Forecast and budget for all marketing department expenses.
- Establish consistent and innovative marketing programs with an eye on clean execution, while maintaining an awareness of changes in the marketplace that may impact revenues.
- Use all appropriate mediums to promote the Grand Victoria Casino.
- Perform analyses on marketing programs and guest data.
- Give direction for all analytical queries.
- Approve all pro formas, proposals, and analyzes all programs.
- Selects and provides direction to the advertising agencies.
- Interview, hire, train and supervise direct staff members.
- Counsel employees and implement necessary corrective measures.
- Possess strong knowledge of the Federal Cash reporting requirements, required under Title 31.
- Perform all tasks that may be assigned in the future.
