Nasdaq's Investment Intelligence division is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. In this vital role, you will be the linchpin at the intersection of digital marketing, product, sales, and revenue operations, driving alignment and realizing forecastable benefits for the business. This position is perfect for a digital marketer or digital product manager who excels in strategic and creative thinking.
Overview:
You'll work vertically across digital marketing and sales functions to align stakeholders on an end-to-end strategy which achieves revenue growth for your business segment. You will be responsible for optimizing your segment’s digital marketing strategy, with a focus on improving key digital metrics, such as user-to-lead ratios and attributable revenue.
Strategic Roadmap Development: Create and manage a comprehensive roadmap that aligns marketing, sales, and revenue operations on short-term and long- term objectives, benefits, and priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align stakeholders on a problem statement and work closely with teams across digital marketing, sales, and revenue operations to ensure seamless integration of growth strategies and tactics.
Experimentation and Website Optimization: Manage the web properties related to your segment. This includes owning a strategy and test plan for ongoing experimentation and AB testing using tools such as Adobe Target. Possesses a growth mindset where you are constantly looking to improve key performance indicators of web performance, such as user-to-lead ratios.
Funnel Optimization: Oversee the entire digital funnel for your segment, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives that enhance performance at each stage. Collaborate with channel experts, such as SEO and Paid Media leads to elevate the performance and output of your funnel.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating efforts between different departments, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, informed, and expectations are properly managed.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies, making data-driven recommendations for growth.
Project Management: Lead projects that span across various teams, ensuring timely execution and alignment with broader business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within digital marketing, digital product, or management consulting.
Experience working with large organizations and aligning senior stakeholders.
Experience working with website management and owning digital channels.
Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnels, and experience in funnel optimization.
Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and lead cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align.

The base pay range for this role is $74,800 - $124,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
