Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a self-starting Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing strategy and efforts of the Motto Mortgage and wemlo brands. Reporting to the Motto Mortgage Brand Director, this person will work with stakeholders across multiple teams and departments supporting a wide range of objectives including project management, event coordination, brand awareness initiatives and lead generation and retention campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player who is extremely detail-oriented, possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills and can handle juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor requests for marketing projects and materials and collect additional required information from stakeholders to create complete project job starts within the department project management system.
  • Support operations of the marketing team by developing project timelines and tracking multiple tasks, priorities, statuses, and deadlines ensuring all projects and related materials are delivered according to schedule.
  • Effectively communicate timelines and needs to internal colleagues and external vendors, while managing expectations where needed.
  • Assist with coordinating reporting on projects, system usage and campaigns.
  • Support the maintenance and development of internal project management tools and documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating the company’s participation in various events and conferences, including pre-event responsibilities (e.g., securing sponsorship opportunities, researching and ordering giveaway items, preparing event materials and managing the ordering and/or shipping process, etc.).
  • Support efforts within MottoSpark, the Motto Mortgage network’s CRM and marketing automation platform, including attending and assisting project kickoff calls, loading, reviewing and testing material functionality in the system, and helping to plan the communications around launch.
  • Assist with logistics and execution of network and prospect newsletters and occasional email communications.
  • Support departmental and organizational goals by contributing and collaborating with teammates and colleagues on marketing initiatives, and identifying opportunities within a project that will add value and help successfully accomplish the desired outcome.
  • Perform administrative functions for the department and company.
  • Additional duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably primarily focused on project management.
  • Good general knowledge of marketing methodologies across mediums including traditional, digital, social, email and CRM.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and team efforts simultaneously in an effective and efficient manner, while understanding how to manage time appropriately.
  • Results-oriented individual who is highly organized, process-driven and has a keen ability to multi-task.
  • Strong initiative, follow-through and superior attention to detail.
  • Solid writing, editing and communications skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and general tasks with a positive “get it done” attitude.
  • Ability to think outside the box when necessary to move tasks and projects along and to completion.
  • Enthusiastic and interested in learning new things and deepening skillset.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems.
  • Experience in mortgage, real estate and/or financial services industry a strong plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Travel Requirements:
  • Up to twice a year
Hire Range/Rate: $45,000-$52,000

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
