Marketing Manager

Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or specific lines of business and brands within the organization) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves managing and coordinating marketing activities, campaigns, and initiatives, ensuring they align with the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to inform marketing strategies.
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials and content.
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Brand Management:
Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visuals across all marketing channels.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
Monitor brand perception and take corrective actions if needed.
Digital Marketing:
Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media, and other digital platforms.
Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and engagement.
Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest strategies for improvement.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Track spending and ROI for all marketing initiatives.
Report on financial performance of marketing activities.
Partnership and Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing plans support product launches.
Build relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.
Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activities and results.
Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Customer Focus:
Develop customer personas and target segments.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve marketing strategies.
Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement through effective marketing communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Knowledge of WordPress and Bullhorn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Staffing experience is a plus.
