** Position Description**

Channel Marketing Manager - Retail (Remote) Location Vista, CA Employment duration Full time Essential Functions:

  • Tailor and execute marketing plans for specific retailer needs, in line with overall go-to-market strategy in order to drive sales and meet commercial objectives.

  • Collaborate with sales channel leads to implement robust omni 360 marketing plans for each retailer to successfully reach key business objectives and KPIs.

  • Plan & develop pitches to gain exposure in store and online through key placements and activities i.e. endcaps, homepage, email, rewards

  • Develop and track promotional plans and retailer/channel-specific offerings to fuel sell-through while maintaining gross margin

  • Work in close partnership with the creative and sales teams, to lead visual merchandising expression including: planogram & shopability, SKU rationalization, manage update calendar, secondary exposures, and development of channel specific marketing collateral.

  • Work in close partnership with brand marketing to refine the digital customer experience specific to each retailer. Collaborate with digital team to create consumer awareness via tastemaker account exposures.

  • Create and manage NuFACEs sample strategy for skincare and devices working with retailers, sales, and demand planning to execute programming

  • Help lead the commercial 360 plan execution with the cross functional teams.

  • Spend adequate time in the field (trainings, events, competitive shopping etc.) to gain better knowledge and insights into all channels opportunities and needs.

  • Provide comprehensive launch/campaign weekly updates and postmortem analysis.

  • Report key channel wins & learnings to the management team on a monthly basis.

  • Help create and manage multiple budgets.

  • Manage, mentor and guide the Marketing Intern.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles.

  • Ability to multi-task, to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

  • Excellent time management and organization skills.

  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.

  • Must be a self-starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals.

  • Proven competency in software applications including Microsoft office, with the ability to learn programs quickly

  • Beauty industry and Sephora/Ulta experience a plus.
