Description
ESC's premier client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Business Team. You will be responsible for the customer segmentation and communication strategy, partnering closely with Business Owners and Tech to scale your programs globally across owned channels like Email, Push, and Onsite Placements. The role will accomplish this through finding valuable trends through data analysis, mapping the customer journey, defining customer segmentation, ideating a marketing plan to deliver success against these customer segments and phases, building a testing roadmap, defining benchmarking the appropriate KPIs, and executing the test-and-scale strategy globally.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Accelerate adoption of core features among clients' Business Customers leveraging new and existing marketing channelsDrive the creation and implementation of new automated email programs worldwide, working with local teams and translation services to automate and scale.Develop robust A/B and MVT testing programs to optimize adoptionReporting on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management, both verbally and in written business reviews.Assist in the development of the vision and strategy for feature adoption roadmap, as well as forecasting marketing-attributed adoptionCreative asset production (in partnership with a dedicated design team)Editing (XML, HTML) and publishing content to site via CMSQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing or other relevant areasExperience with marketing strategy, including engagement, conversion, and promotionsRelevant work experience in marketing, and/or digital/high-technology e-commerce companies/productsExperience in analyzing channel data across consumer segments, and drawing recommendationsExperience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand and relevant to the customer experienceExperience in managing projects across multiple teams and functions e.g. tech, legal, finance, design.Experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, on-device/mobile, and/or displayProficiency with Content Management Systems and ability to edit basic HTML and XML1+ years' experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis.Expertise in Ad-Hoc reportingProficient in Agile Project ManagementSkilled in Audience Targeting and Behavioral TargetingExperience in B2B brand or product marketingStrong in Campaign Analysis and CRM/Marketing AutomationProficient in Customer Journey Mapping and Customer JourneysExperienced in email campaigns and email marketingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in SaaS or B2BWebsite marketing expertiseExperience with Salesforce, Pardot, or CMS systemsFamiliarity with Google or Adobe Analytics is helpful
