Marketing and Events Coordinator
Salary Range: $45,000-$54,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns that raise awareness of Arc Broward's programs, services, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute special events, including the Miss Arc Broward Pageant, InspHired Luncheon, community outreach events, and donor appreciation gatherings.
  • Provide administrative support to the fundraising team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing correspondence.
  • Oversee database management for donor information, gift processing, and communications.
  • Assist in managing the Autism License Plate Grant Application process and promoting the initiative on social media.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community and corporate volunteers and civic organizations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and event planning
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Marketing CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, donor management systems, social media platforms, and online fundraising tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and meetings.
