Additionally, the Patient Engagement Marketer, Retention will play a critical role in maintaining Sanofi's leadership in and commitment to Rare Disease, driving Sanofi towards our mission of delivering a personalized, optimized patient experience and improving patient outcomes. Each marketer will work closely within our GTM models.

Main responsibilities:
Create tailored and actionable omnichannel customer retention strategies.
Create a robust and holistic view of the customer journey, including stakeholder mapping and influence network, with specific focus on retention.
Senior level interactions are frequent, as well as making key brand decisions.
Understand patient unmet needs regarding engagement, specifically around retention.
Determine critical moments/barriers in the patient journey and aim content at overcoming those barriers, driving better retention.
Work closely with PSS to understand the patient journey and points of opportunity.
Design a hyper-personalized modular content plan, including channel mix, that is unique, relevant, unified, and customized for target audiences focused on retention.
Establish clear objectives and metrics to measure total customer value and partner with analytics teams to track KPIs, performance analytics, and ROI by channel.
Contribute to development of supporting materials to accompany patient support services programs.
About you
3+ years of relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
Marketing, sales, or insights & analytics experience, preferably in cross-functional leadership roles.
Successful track record of strategic decision making, innovation, problem-solving and navigating uncharted territory without clear precedent.
Experience working in large scale and complex multidisciplinary teams, and proven ability of influencing without authority.
Demonstrated expertise in patient experience.
Digital-forward mindset.
Bachelor's in marketing, business, technology, or life sciences.
Ability to travel 25% within the US.
