We are looking for an experienced, self-starting Digital Marketing Manager to support our digital marketing evolution, focusing on key areas such as SEO, Paid Media, Amazon marketplace, and data analytics.
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in the direct selling industry and familiar with the relationship between the company and sales field.
- Proficient in digital marketing analytics tracking tools and strategies.
- Comfortable with day-to-day digital marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy.
- Experienced in creating, managing, and analyzing paid media campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media advertising.
- Skilled in communication with team members, cross-department partners, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic, action-oriented, and decisive when it comes to assessing the needs of the customer and advocating for those needs.
- Able to handle multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and changing needs without jeopardizing quality of execution.
This position offers the option to work in a hybrid setting, allowing you to be either in Las Vegas or at the Utah office.
Key Areas of Responsibility:- Build and drive process improvements through continuous testing, automation and cross-functional alignment.
- Utilize strong analytical skills, particularly in GA4 and GTM, to evaluate customer experience
- Develop and execute paid media strategies, including budget allocation, targeting, and bid management to achieve business goals.
- Develop and track key business KPIs, identifying growth opportunities and improve efficiency
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize digital marketing activities based on those insights.
- Lead the strategic development and execution of digital analytics, online conversion tracking, and performance measurement initiatives.
- Establish clear performance metrics for by identifying key objectives and performance measures.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing and digital marketing experience.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics and campaign tracking platforms (e.g., GA4, GTM).
- Proven experience in Amazon account management, SEO, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Previous work experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
- Proficiency in conducting research and A/B testing.
- Collaborative nature and ability to rapidly adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) industry and/or international business experience preferred.
