Shaw Floors Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator for Shaw Floors is the marketing department’s front-line communication to our sales team and customers . The individual in this role is a daptable to a wide range of internal and external customer issues , organized, able to multi-task, and possesses strong time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines .

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for the sales team, answering questions, providing timely and accurate information on marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and develop effective communication materials to support their efforts.

Assist in the creation and distribution of sales enablement tools such as product guides, brochures, and presentations.

Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of customer events, including trade shows and product demonstrations.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events, including logistics , booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.

Develop compelling marketing collateral, including sales sheets, catalogs, flyers, and other promotional materials, to support sales and customer needs.

Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing materials.

Coordinate and maintain Showpad , Google Drive, Widen and/or other designated databases with product, marketing, project and technical information

Organize and manage a library of photography and other digital assets, ensuring easy accessibility for internal stakeholders.

Maintain a database of approved images and ensure compliance with copyright and usage rights.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated on the latest marketing tools, techniques, and best practices to continually enhance marketing efforts.

Work closely with the Marketing team on execution of projects as assigned.

Participate in sales and marketing events as requested

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Proficiency in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Familiarity with digital asset management systems.

Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
