DescriptionThe Wound Product Marketing Manager works cross-functionally with the R&D, Sales, Medical Affairs, and events team to plan launches and support ongoing sales of the MariGen Product lines. The Manager analyzes product differentiation, competitors, and market data to create growth objectives and communicates with key stakeholders. The manager provides solutions for marketing activities to ensure that both internal and external customer needs are met.The Wound Product Marketing Manager is part of the marketing team and is based out of the Arlington, Virginia office. They will report to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing and Products. This is a full-time position.Essential FunctionsExecutive ReportingReport key performance metrics of marketing activities and campaign, including tradeshows, educational events, online activities, lead creation and conversionAct as main point of contact within Kerecis Marketing & Products for the MariGen product lineFunction within budgetary constraintsMarketing, Sales and Customer EngagementOwn product, promotion, price and place strategyMaintain and create marketing material to support product line sales following brand standards and guidelinesWork with teams in Medical Affairs and Customer Operations to gather customer feedback and work with assigned KOLsWork with executive management in Marketing & Products and colleagues in Sales, Medical Affairs and Manufacturing on customer segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies to grow the product portfolioCreate, update and maintain product value proposition from clinical and financial standpointsSupport lead creation through tradeshows and other promotional vehicles and effectively capture and track leads through the CRM systemAssist with other segments (Surgical and Burn) and projects as necessaryR&D and RegulatoryMonitor industry and regulatory trendsParticipate in industry conferences and associationsTrack and contribute to ongoing development, IP and registration for new productsProvide market intelligence and feedback to R&DHelp with pipeline/roadmap discussion and provide input and market-driven directionOther duties as assigned.Travel: 15-25%
