We are seeking a Content Coordinator/Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats while supporting the content creation and marketing efforts as well as the executive team in an administrative capacity. We strongly want to emphasize that this role is not a path for A&R or any other artist-facing/strategy role on our team. This role is best suited to someone looking to expand their career in marketing, as he/she/they will not only handle administrative tasks, but also support larger business initiatives through project management, presentations, coordination, and serving as a liaison to the executives at events and meetings. This role is full time and based in the Los Angeles area, with no specific office location but frequent in-person meetings in and around the Los Angeles area as necessary for the role. The Executive coordinator will be expected to work out of the CEO's home two days per week.

What You'll Do: Content Coordinator (60-70% of time)
    • Work cross functionally with product, engineering, design and sales to understand new features we are launching and help generate content to educate current and prospective customers. This includes but is not limited to video, gif and screen grabs to be shared through email, social media, blog and other paid channels.
    • Assist in conceptualizing, creating and managing social media content for our Tone business unit accounts across various platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Manage optimization of above content and channels using best practices as well as SEO/SEM on relevant channels.
    • Work with Marketing team to keep image and video content organized in department's content library
    • Collaborate with Tone leadership Team for each account to create compelling content in a professional manner that adheres to guidelines, and meets each department's needs / goals and strategies
    • Research and/or be familiar with other social media platforms to keep up-to-date with marketing trends and campaigns
    • Engagement with social media audience in a professional and timely manner
    • Report analytics quarterly
    • Maintain digital asset library, monitor and report on campaign performance metrics as needed
    • Assist with implementation of marketing content shoots i.e photo & video shoots
    • Assist with maintaining Google ad campaigns and Google profiles
What You'll Do: Executive Coordinator (30-40% of time)
    • Provide comprehensive support to the executive team and key team initiatives, serving as a coordinator with responsibilities including managing multiple tasks concurrently, ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, timely delivery, and excellent client service, as well as overseeing expanded staff meetings, meeting logistics, presentations, and the management of shared team information and resources on internal portals
    • Ensure executives (including CEO and Presidents) are prepared for all internal/external meetings by effectively prioritizing, managing, and providing support to multiple demanding calendars
    • Support the Tone sales and marketing teams and attend sales and marketing meetings
    • Provide both routine & non-routine administrative support, handling a high volume of competing administrative task requests (via multiple internal stakeholders) that require professional discernment on appropriate urgency/prioritization to complete
    • Represent Stem in front of partners, vendors, clients, investors, and new recruits
    • Organize team-building events, happy hours, and social activities as requested
    • Use considerable judgment and discretion in completing work assignments and handling confidential information
Our ideal candidate has
    • 2+ years of supporting executives or senior leadership as an assistant or coordinator in a fast-paced environment
    • 2+ years experience working in marketing role
    • Basic knowledge of digital marketing platform and tools
    • Created and worked on digital marketing and social media campaigns
    • Understanding of basic principles of user experience to contribute ideas for improving website navigation, layout, and overall user satisfaction
    • A growth mindset and an interest in working in a fast paced environment
    • Demonstrated ability to organize, multi-task, and problem solve issues while managing competing priorities and commitments to deadlines
    • Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team
    • Proven track record demonstrating ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
    • Strong communication (written and verbal) and ability to work cross-functionally with executives (both internal & external)
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Ability to complete work assignments efficiently, without sacrificing a high degree of quality
    • High levels of integrity and discretion
    • A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it-done attitude
    • History of creative problem solving, analytical skills, ability to work well collaboratively and under pressure
    • High level of emotional maturity and ability to adapt quickly to consistently changing schedules and circumstances
    • You will be required to work out of the CEO's Los Angeles home office two days per week

$55,000 - $75,000 a year

Salary Range:The salary range for this job is $55,000-75,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include equity, benefits, and any other compensatory components of the role.
