This role supports the mission to Share Christ – Love People by serving as a project leader, team administrator, and interdepartmental liaison that ensures the timeliness and accuracy of direct mail initiatives and the development of new products and resources. Manage and oversee projects, tasks, or deliverables, which includes planning, scheduling, executing, controlling and closing. This position also facilitates and participates in the analysis of processes impacted by a project.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee projects, tasks and deliverables from planning through closure for Direct Mail and associated projects
  • Develop project plans, schedule tasks, execute strategies, monitor progress, and ensure timely project completion
  • Implement effective controls and measures to mitigate risks and maintain project schedules
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Creative Services and Executive team members to facilitate clear communication
  • Serve primary liaison between Inprov, Joyce Meyer Ministries and Creative Services
  • Ensure seamless communication flow by facilitating meetings, documenting meeting notes and emailing status updates
  • Gather project requirements, interpret incoming information and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Obtain necessary approvals throughout project phases
  • Gather and interpret incoming information and requests to develop comprehensive project plans
  • Document all project requirements meticulously to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Collaborate with vendors to solicit estimates, negotiate pricing, timelines and delivery schedules for projects
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience managing timelines, projects or events, preferably in Marketing
  • Knowledge of print industry, online or broadcast industry preferred
  • Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, coordinating, and implementing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project or comparable program (Monday.com, Liquid Planner, Basecamp, Workamajig, etc.)
  • Knowledge of virtual meeting applications such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • High level of verbal, written and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational, time and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and anticipate project risks
  • Critical and Analytical thinking skills a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and promote team unity
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
