We're working with a well-regarded law firm in Palm Harbor looking to bring on their first Social Media Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media coordination with a minimum of two years experience, particularly within the legal industry. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance the firm's online presence, increase engagement, and promote legal services.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:Conduct research to identify target audiences and ideal social media platforms.Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the firm's overall marketing goals.Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices in the legal industry.Content Creation & Management:Create engaging and informative content (text, images, videos) relevant to the firm's practice areas.Craft compelling captions and headlines that resonate with the target audience.Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media platforms.Curate high-quality content from credible sources to supplement original content.

Community Management

Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.Foster positive online communities around the firm's social media presence.Address any concerns or negative feedback in a timely and appropriate manner.Analytics & Reporting:Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, clicks) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.Generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to optimize the social media strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator, preferably within a law firm or the legal industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and their unique audience demographics.Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to create engaging and informative content in a way that complies with ethical guidelines for legal marketing.Proficiency in social media analytics tools.Excellent time management and organizational skills.The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
