Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW

The Brand Marketing Manager will oversee the growth and development of equity and awareness for PinSeeker, and support the content & brand initiatives for the broader Foresight Sports portfolio. In addition to curating user tournaments and content within PinSeeker, this individual can proactively concept & sell sponsored tournaments that drive revenue. A strong ability to prioritize, facilitate, and communicate will ensure that this individual increases the value of the Marketing team to the organization.

This position reports to the Marketing Director and is based out of our San Diego office.

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will have an opportunity to:
  • Develop a plan and strategic vision for the brand, aimed at increasing user base, awareness, and equity
  • Serve as Tournament Director for PinSeeker, by developing and executing short and long-term events (both digitally and in person) and the associated collateral required to publicize them
  • Establish, refine, and pitch PinSeeker sponsorship opportunities that grow the brand and earn revenue
  • Proactively communicate and liaise across the organization to inform, marshal resources, and ensure alignment
  • Support Marketing initiatives with multimedia content comprised of but not limited to video, still photography & digital imagery, copy, and audio
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to identify, create, and distribute sales support materials to educate potential customers about our products
  • Drive brand, process, and personnel improvement throughout the department, across regular meeting cadence and more significant events such as PGA Show
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience running a brand with a content-forward and event-oriented mindset
  • Bias for action
  • Capability to operate with minimal direction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Successful history developing a pitch and cold-calling potential brand partners and customers
  • Ability to gain trust and inspire confidence within a fluid corporate environment
  • Comfort within rapidly changing landscape and priorities
  • In-depth familiarity with the game of golf, and golf technology such as launch monitors and simulators
  • Gaming and hardware experience
  • Capabilities within Adobe or other creative suites
  • Familiarity with email platforms such as Iterable and Klaviyo
Pay Range:

$88,800.00 - $139,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
