C2s client, a dynamic digital PR and communications agency, seeks an experienced Adobe Campaign Expert with a strong background in Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role is pivotal in helping their clients achieve measurable marketing goals through personalized and data-driven campaigns. This candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless integration and delivery of campaigns that drive engagement, conversion and results.

Start Date: Possible Early Fall Start

Duration: Contract

Location: local candidates preferred, remote OK

Compensation: $30 - $35/hour as a W2 employee of C2

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and campaign requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies leveraging Adobe Campaign and AEM.
  • Define target audience segments and establish campaign KPIs.

Campaign Execution:

  • Set up, configure, and manage Adobe Campaign environments.
  • Create, test, and deploy multi-channel campaigns including email, SMS, push notifications, and more.
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with client branding and messaging guidelines.

Integration & Optimization:

  • Integrate Adobe Campaign with Adobe Experience Manager and other relevant platforms.
  • Implement personalization and automation strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and data analysts.
  • Provide training and support to clients and internal stakeholders on Adobe Campaign and AEM functionalities.
  • Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to clients through regular reporting and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Adobe Campaign Expert, preferably within a digital agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Campaign.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, data segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Campaign and/or AEC is a plus.
