C2s client, a dynamic digital PR and communications agency, seeks an experienced Adobe Campaign Expert with a strong background in Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role is pivotal in helping their clients achieve measurable marketing goals through personalized and data-driven campaigns. This candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless integration and delivery of campaigns that drive engagement, conversion and results.

Compensation: $30 - $35/hour as a W2 employee of C2

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and campaign requirements.
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies leveraging Adobe Campaign and AEM.
- Define target audience segments and establish campaign KPIs.
Campaign Execution:
- Set up, configure, and manage Adobe Campaign environments.
- Create, test, and deploy multi-channel campaigns including email, SMS, push notifications, and more.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with client branding and messaging guidelines.
Integration & Optimization:
- Integrate Adobe Campaign with Adobe Experience Manager and other relevant platforms.
- Implement personalization and automation strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and data analysts.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal stakeholders on Adobe Campaign and AEM functionalities.
- Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to clients through regular reporting and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Adobe Campaign Expert, preferably within a digital agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Campaign.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, data segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Campaign and/or AEC is a plus.
