Your Role:
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will blend digital expertise with creative vision. You will:
Manage the development of our customer-facing platforms.
Collaborate with all divisions and communities to understand their buyers and craft marketing strategies.
Support the development of our brand strategy.
Optimize our digital advertising strategy and spending.
Build dashboards and tools for marketing trend analysis.
Apply SEO best practices to our website.
Work with marketing consultants for optimal outcomes.
About You:
10+ years of digital marketing experience, focusing on high-cost, slow-sale goods.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Creative, curious, and eager to learn.
Familiar with industry-standard analytical tools and digital marketing platforms.
Problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit.
Preferred:
Experience marketing durable goods or products with a long sales timeline.
Thorough experience in the social media space.
General Experience/Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven managerial experience.
Some travel required; must have a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage.
