Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join a rapidly expanding consumer electronics company onsite in Monterey Park, CA. This role requires a visionary leader who excels in content creation, social media strategy, and influencer communication. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to produce compelling content, adeptly navigate social media platforms, and build strong relationships with influencers. This is our clients new office in Los Angeles, and you will play a pivotal role in driving their marketing efforts in the U.S. and coordinating with their established marketing team in China.
Duties:

• Develop and implement innovative content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all digital platforms, including Amazon and Shopify.
• Lead social media initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with influencers to amplify our brand presence.
• Oversee video production projects, from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with their partners in China to align marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure all marketing campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with overall business objectives.

You Must Have:

• Proven experience in content creation and social media strategy, with a strong portfolio demonstrating success in these areas.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with influencers.
• Experience in video production and the ability to oversee shooting and editing processes.
• Leadership experience with the capability to work closely with a remote team based in China.
• Proficiency in using platforms such as Amazon and Shopify for marketing purposes.
• Understanding of cross-cultural communication and collaboration, especially with their partners in China.
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to be 100% onsite in Monterey Park, CA.
