The marketing manager will play a critical role in our properties' success by supporting our affordable and market-rate communities with advertising analysis and recommendations and onboarding new communities with all marketing items, including websites. You will support a portfolio of approximately 75 communities and lead a marketing analyst team. You will work closely with our operations team, marketing agencies, and internal teams to execute successful marketing scrubs and provide strategic recommendations for optimal campaign performance.

Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 Year

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new properties to FPI by advising and overseeing the implementation of all marketing strategies, including the setup of the property websites.
  • Conduct two comprehensive marketing analyses annually for designated communities, offering actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to recommend adjustments to advertising campaigns, aiming to optimize performance and achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Support Occupancy Support initiatives by participating in internal operations calls to assess and address community needs.
  • Fulfill ad hoc digital marketing scrub requests for Due Diligence, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), or to support Operations with a client project.
  • Perform miscellaneous analyses on various aspects, including signage effectiveness, social media presence, reputation management, and emerging Marketing Technology trends.
  • Ensure timely resolution of assigned help desk tickets related to marketing operations.

    • Promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy.
    • When representing FPI Management, conduct must be professional when communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests.
    • Perform any and all functions as directed by the supervisor, including special project assistance.
    • Responsible for meeting all training requirements for the position (Grace Hill, Safety Meetings, etc.).
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven 1-3 years of marketing experience with agency partnerships, budgets, comprehensive marketing plans, and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends.
  • Experience in media planning and budget management.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to develop and implement processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High School diploma or equivalency certificate, 4-year college degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in property management.
