Content and Proposal Manager
works directly with the sales, pre-sales, information security, and legal organization to provide responses to Trintech's global customers and prospects during the vendor selection process. In this role, you will enable our sales executives, account managers, solution consultants, and partner sales representatives to achieve sales goals and drive customer revenue growth. Collaborating with internal business units, this position will develop and implement proposal strategies, prepare technical responses, and maintain relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsible for managing the proposal process including task delegation, drafting technical language, response revisions, and submission.
Work hands-on with sales and technical teams to communicate the value of Trintech's proprietary technology in a manner consistent with our standard bid response processes.
Responsible for preparing timely, thorough responses to RFP/I request from customers and prospects.
Develop and maintain compelling, persuasive RFP content that demonstrates the value of our portfolio of cloud software products.
Help the sales team save time by not searching for content across multiple sources. Ensure the materials are easy to find and navigate, used frequently, and increasing key business metrics.
Liaise with subject matter experts including solutions consultants and cybersecurity analysts to inform responses to RFPs and/or to support the maintenance of content organized in the knowledge base, including its technical accuracy.
Maintain and update our bid response templates, partner packages, and other materials used in bid response.
Partner directly with sales teams to close process knowledge gaps, communicate the value of the proposals team, and improve internal workflows.
Responsible for the completion of InfoSec and SaaS due diligence questionnaires (DDQ) and surveys for Trintech customers.
Assist Trintech's legal team with reviewing proposed InfoSec and SaaS sections of contracts if needed.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
3-5 years of proposal management experience with an emphasis on RFP technical writing. Software or technology industry experience necessary.
Strong technical writer with experience and knowledge of SaaS technology. Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
Hands-on experience with Responsive (formerly RFPiO), Loopio, Expedience, or similar RFP response management standardization tools is highly desirable.
Outstanding organization and communication skills to both technical and broad audiences.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, basic Excel, and Adobe including editing functions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Good interpersonal skills (active listening, social awareness, and self-management).
Ability to collaborate with internal teams to meet the goals of a growing SaaS organization.
