Job Description: As the Franchise Development Marketing Coordinator at Voda Cleaning and Restoration, you will play a crucial role in assisting our development team with promoting Voda externally and executing critical marketing-related tasks to support our sales team. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of our marketing strategy, including customer relationship management, social media marketing, website management, email marketing campaigns, marketing material development, lead generation, event management, market research, and reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the CRM system to track leads and communications with franchise candidates.

Establish yourself as the go-to expert in Hubspot and its functionality, integrations, and communication features.

Nurture and engage with prospective franchisees through personalized communication and creation, management, and troubleshooting of complex customer journeys.

Create engaging content and schedule posts across Voda’s franchise development social channels and also for parent company channels.

Manage the execution of Voda’s executive social media presence.

Ensure the franchise development websites are up to date and optimize the user experience.

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting potential franchisees within Hubspot.

Identify and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential franchisees.

Coordinate the development and/or updating of various sales materials for use at development-related events.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.

Compile and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Work closely with the franchise development team and other departments to stay up-to-date on all company updates and developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in franchise development or similar roles.

Proficiency in digital marketing, lead generation, and content creation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media. Experience with Hubspot a plus but not required.

A collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve franchise development goals.

This position needs to be located in the Madison WI area.

Flexible work from home options available.
