Job Description: The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing the BeloForm Craft's social media strategy. This role will involve content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis to enhance BeloForm Craft's online presence and brand awareness.

Pay Range: $41.500- $60.000 yearly
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest)
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and events
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and project teams to ensure brand consistency
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize ad performance

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
