WHO we're looking for:

We are looking for an Associate Manager - Performance Marketing (CE) who will be responsible for

supporting our high growth eCommerce business, focused on Home Entertainment & Home Appliances categories. You will partner with the Performance Marketing Lead and be responsible for managing and growing our paid marketing channels to achieve maximum revenue at optimal KPIs and ROAS.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Performance Marketing Lead to oversee Google Shopping Ads (PLA), Paid Social, Display, Affiliate Content, Retargeting and other paid media campaigns focused on generating eCommerce revenue against strict ROAS & Traffic goals.
  • Continuously evaluate daily performance by campaign, ad type, creative test to aggressively optimize media through external agency and vendor management.
  • Partner with Category Managers to prioritize promotions, offers & business needs to inform marketing planning.
  • Accurately project revenue, spend & other metrics by Product Category for channels.
  • Continuously test new creative, offers, ad formats, landing pages within existing programs, while documenting learnings and the testing roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the Big Data team for data & reporting needs, including:
  • Ensuring data hygiene and driving thought leadership on marketing data architecture.
  • Creating standardized data dashboards for internal and agency visibility.
  • Evangelizing for self-serve data capabilities to enable daily optimization insights and monitoring.
  • Partner with HQ marketing teams to ensure global best practices are being followed and execute ad hoc strategic projects and campaigns.
  • Partner with category Demand Generation teams to reconcile media activity across the org, standardize measurement and tracking, and evangelize the .com site objectives.
  • Effectively manage agency partners to ensure resources are making the most informed and effective optimization & execution decisions.
  • Partner with engineering to manage, optimize and troubleshoot our Product Feed for optimal use as well as tagging needs.
  • Develop monthly and/or quarterly performance recaps.
  • Monitor reporting, address technical needs and help drive strategy for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Generate ad hoc campaign recaps for cross-functional and executive consumption.

Required Experience and Education:

  • 3-4+ years' experience directly managing digital performance media channels, focused on PLA, Paid Social, Paid Search & Retargeting.
  • BA/BS in marketing, business or other quantitative field.
  • Strong history of managing tactical and strategic direct-response media objectives in a digital-first organization.
  • Experience with SEO & mobile app marketing a plus.
  • Expertise in ad operations, including pixel & tagging management, Adobe/Google Analytics tagging conventions & product feed management.
  • Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis.

  • Comfortable navigating a complex organization and building cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution.
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities.
  • Excellent presentation skills; ability to communicate your ideas and convince an audience using data and visual storytelling.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
