The Communications Manager collaborates with the sales and product marketing to lead our internal and external communications. This role will oversee and manage the implementation of the marketing communications strategy and programs.
This individual understands all marketing strategies and tactics, our customers, key markets and competition. The individual will take the lead on identifying, building, utilizing and maintaining all potential communication tools including external company webpage, SharePoint, company intranet, email campaigns, etc.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and lead the implementation of the marketing communications strategy and programs, including advertising, branding, product promotion, and regulatory matters.
- Design, develop, and distribute consistent themes, messaging, and branding throughout all communication touch points, both internal and externally.
- Develop focused communications in collaboration with organizational stakeholders across global functions based on knowledge of products, customers, and industry.
- Establish and oversee efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials.
- Explore and adops new channels, methods, and platforms to optimize marketing communications.
- Oversee the planning and execution of trade shows and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging.
- Develop the internal and external resources required for communication program delivery.
- Remain up to date on current trends of interactive media/marketing.
- Communicate with organizational leaders to ensure communication strategies are aligned with company goals.
JOB SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications required.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing communications experience.
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft office suite.
- Creative judgement and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with global stakeholders.
- Must be able to work with outside vendors on software, web design and promotional services.
- Ability to recognize problems and provide solutions.
