Position Summary

Contribute to and support the production of Product and Non-Product marketing content, with a focus on PowerPoint presentations and other formats, including product collateral, commentaries and white papers, internal and external communications, social media posts, etc. Work with a range of internal constituencies and service providers, including Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Data Analytics, and other marketing teams. As directed, also provide editorial and creative support to other groups within the Marketing Department and the rest of the firm.

The Thought Leadership/Content Marketing Associate reports to the Head of Thought Leadership.

The position is located in New York.

Essential Job Functions

  • Contribute to general marketing content effort, with focus on PowerPoint presentation updates and production
  • Interface with Data Analytics and Product Marketing as part of content production process
  • Assist in recurring updates of other marketing content and assignments related to intermediary and institutional market communications
  • Interface with Creative Services as part of production process
  • Interface with Compliance as part of review/approval process
  • Transcribe media appearances and other audio as directed
  • Assist in creating and posting to social media, including Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Be an internal resource on content marketing to related departments
  • Participate in marketing content special projects and initiatives as directed
  • Support the Digital Marketing team on marketing activities
  • Support data reporting on effectiveness of marketing content engagement
  • Other content marketing and Thought Leadership activities as directed


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in power point presentation production
  • Familiarity with data and analytical concepts
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Experience in financial services industry and/or marketing desired
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new concepts, adapt to evolving project needs, and collaborate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Up to two years' experience in a professional services environment preferred
  • Proficiency in the use of office computer programs including power point and MS Office Suite
  • Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, inclusiveness, and trustworthiness


Salary Details

Annual base salary between $90,000 and $95,000.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components.

Currently, this role is expected to be in the New York office at least 4 days per week.
