Position Description:

We are looking for a creative, energetic, personable, extroverted professional that specializes in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and Community Relations with an emphasis on Social Media Strategy. PVPS continues to expand and is looking to add a Marketing Manager role to the already existing Marketing team. This will be a support role to the VP of Business Development and Operations.

The Marketing Manager will work parallel with our internal marketing team as well as manage our external marketing/promo vendors. This will role will be expected to develop and implement successful strategies for increasing revenue as well as getting staff/provider's participation in your internal and external outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will exhibit confidentiality, flexibility and accountability in all aspects of the role. Please note: evenings and/or weekends may be expected for social, event, patient coverage (Ex: events, photoshoots, commercial production, etc.).

General Responsibilities:
  • Manage the PVPS company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing/sales goals
  • We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views / branding creatively
  • Handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of customer engagement. Social media is a great tool for our sales initiatives and we expect our Marketing Manager to help increase revenues through their efforts
  • Collaborate with other teams, like sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Responsible for the collection and management of patient's Media Release/Consent for all used testimonials, videos and images in your Social Media efforts
  • Responsible for the development, implementation and management of the promotional calendar

General Purpose:

To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management and support of the VP of Business Development and Operations with the marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, activities, marketing team and the advertising and promotional activities of our PVPS organization (Currently 5 locations in NE FL Market).

Main Tasks:
• Second in command when the VP is unavailable or out of office
• Coordinate all marketing, advertising, social media and promotional needs
• Bring strategy and creativity to the team (ex: social media, collateral, ad campaigns)
• Analysis of consumer feedback, current market conditions and competitor information
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Develop marketing initiatives, responsible for implementing our yearly Media Plan
• Manage the productivity and completion of all team member's marketing projects
• Monitor, review and report on all advertising efforts, KPI's/Conversions, A/B Testing
• Properly track the marketing projects (implementation, follow-up, completion, budgets)
• Deliver internal/external marketing needs within an agreed upon budget and timeline
• Growing and maintaining the employee and patient appreciation programs (PVPS Way)
• Growing and maintaining the community relations for PVPS (synergies/partnerships)
• Report on ROI and key performance metrics when possible
• Create marketing collateral and presentations for PVPS, VP and CEO
• Manage daily activities in Marketing office and Marketing team
• Monitor industry best practices, new trends, new products and services

Education and Experience:
• Business or Marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing
• Proven experience as a Leader, this position will be responsible for a team of 3-4

Qualifications:

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Comfortable with typical office procedures, protocol and equipment. Able to use standard office software (Ex: Social Media scheduling software, Asana, Design and Editing tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with a high level of proficiency)
  • Excellent command of the English language including: usage, grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Skilled at responsible administrative work requiring independent judgment with speed and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, ability to perform more than one task at a time, the learning, interpreting and application of organizational policies, rules and regulations, the ability to work under pressure and timelines, interpersonal skills, good communication skills, disseminating information accurately and efficiently. Being able to be two-steps ahead in planning and execution
  • Possess a demonstrated willingness to adapt to varying work load. Can adapt to heavy workloads periods, then fill in for others on other tasks as time is available and priorities change. Willing to pitch-in to help others when deadlines are tight or the workload is heavy (Ex: preparing for an event or special campaigns)
  • Able to maintain professional and cordial working relationships with marketing team, PVPS staff, patients, vendors, partners and followers. You are an extension of our brand

  • Will be expected to have a working vehicle to travel to events, sponsorships, volunteer and networking opportunities as well as to our 5 locations to capture video, photos and content
  • The position may require working beyond regular hours including early morning, late nights and/or weekends at times
  • Comfortable in the medical setting and operating/procedure rooms (gather content opps)
  • This is an in-office position with travel within the Northeast Florida area
