DESCRIPTION

Pontera is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute field marketing campaigns that grow product adoption amongst our partner financial advisory firms.

The ideal candidate boasts a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns through cultivating partner relationships and leveraging various digital and event channels.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech company and build creative marketing programs that have a direct impact on the business. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships Marketing, you will work closely with our business development, content, communications and design teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage enterprise partner launch programs from start to finish, including establishing clear objectives, smart goals, tactics, and timelines for introducing Pontera to newly signed wealth management firms.
  • Regularly meet with partners to build buy-in for joint marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within partner firms, including Marketing, PR/Communications, and Relationship Managers.
  • Help build Pontera's Advisor Ambassador program by forming relationships with our advisor partners and co-hosting webinars to share best practices and drive adoption.
  • Use data to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities, evaluate campaigns, and drive towards business goals of advisor and end-client engagement.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to grow Pontera platform usage by existing partners. Work with specialized marketers to leverage email, SMS, ads, newsletters, event marketing and more to keep Pontera top-of-mind.
  • Test marketing automations to help build scalable programs that can be used across partner firms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet your campaign goals, including business development, content, lifecycle marketing, design, communications and RevOps.
  • Organize and co-develop marketing collateral, including sales presentations, webinars, case studies, and whitepapers to support partner marketing activities.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to measure the effectiveness of webinars and partner marketing initiatives. Show measurable results in terms of learnings and KPIs (demos, registrations, activations, gross accounts).
  • Stay current on the wealth management industry and partner marketing best practices. Work with your manager to continuously develop your skills in management as the team grows.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in channel/field marketing in the financial services sector, wealth management a major plus
  • Strong understanding of financial advisory firms and their marketing needs, with the ability to develop strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Highly analytical approach to tracking partnership marketing initiatives, creating efficient and scalable programs, and driving measurable ROI
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience developing strong marketing copy
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools
