CAD Designer

to join our team our

Water/Wastewater team

in

Camp Hill/Harrisburg, PA or Valley Forge, PA.This represents a tremendous opportunity for a passionate professional to use their design background to assist project teams across the United States on a wide array of municipal and industrial wastewater clients to meet their regulatory water quality needs, while working with a collaborative and supportive team.The Work Youll DoResponsible for assigned projects with the ability to meet deadlines, budgets, and prioritize assignments while maintaining quality standards and accuracy.Collaborate on multi-discipline, multi-company projects.Prepare three-dimensional models and renderings using SketchUp, V-Ray for SketchUp, Civil 3D, and Revit.Assist with preparing and assembling design documents.Assist project managers with model presentation for project teams and client meetings.Complete Revit Project Setup.Download, review, and understand design drawings and models to accurately design and coordinate designs. Communicate design changes and issues with the Project Manager and the Design Team.Provide layouts for project structures including dams, spillways, gates, galleries, hydraulic structures, etc., with supervision and mentoring from senior designers and Project Engineers.Ability to take direction and participate in quality reviews of work product.Generate and improve growing library of Revit families.:

Associates / Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Engineering; or equivalent experience preferred.5+ years of relevant professional experienceMust have working knowledge in AutoCAD Civil 3DAbility to adhere to project execution plans and workflow criteria.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam Revu.Possess an interest in preparing three-dimensional printed plastic models.Good written and verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of BIM/RevitExperience with BIM Tasks add family editing, expanded modeling skills, understanding of BIM Workflows and project setupExperience with Revit/CAD file integration into a projectWorking knowledge of SketchUp
