DataRobot is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager (PMM) with a firm understanding of the overall product marketing lifecycle, from launching solutions and services to working with analysts on technical submissions to join our dynamic PMM team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for our solutions and services, platform changes, and technical analyst submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for bringing to market all new service offerings, training sales on these, and ensuring their success in the market. You will also work to support broader platform changes and or launches, collaborating closely with our customer marketing and product teams to facilitate End-of-Life (EOL) or new platform architecture changes or additions. Additionally, you will ensure that internal teams that interact with customers clearly communicate and understand these changes. In addition, you will work hand-in-hand with Analyst Relations to ensure that our technical representation is clear, differentiated, and compelling.

As part of this, you will be responsible for creating key assets and working with Analyst Relations to put comprehensive program strategies together that will help showcase our overall platform. In addition, you will take all of your experience and know how to create compelling content and GTM strategies that will drive awareness and foster that audience to drive revenue for our solutions.

This is a full-stack role, meaning we are looking for someone who knows how and likes to create the strategy, build the materials needed to execute the strategy, and thrive on measuring the impact of and constantly evolving strategy.

Must have a strong portfolio of presentations, messaging, web copy, videos, ebooks, articles, and blogs, as well as working with technical materials. You will work with product teams as well as SMEs to build sales tools, enablement, and training e.g. sales plays, sales presentations, battle cards, and prospecting templates.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

You love creating a good message and bringing new solutions and services to market.

You know how to collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering teams to understand platform changes, new features, and enhancements and translate technical details into customer benefits and value propositions.

You’re not afraid to get technical and are comfortable managing the process for technical analyst submissions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests and providing necessary support and documentation.

Work closely with Sales Enablement to develop sales tools, training materials, and presentations that equip the sales team with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell our products and solutions.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the data and analytics space.

Ideally looking for someone who has either worked with technology partners, has been an OEM product marketing manager, and/or has core product marketing experience.

A high level of comfort in a startup-like environment means that you must be able to drive forward and create content and GTM strategies with little guidance.
