. Our main activities include the Product Management, Development, Quality, Financial and Materials Management of the Business Unit Critical Communications Systems, Pro Sound and Public Address & Conferencing.

The Marketing Communications department is a strong and dynamic in-house creative services team responsible for global marketing communications and brand management for the Bosch Communications, Sound and Audio portfolio covering the brands Bosch, Dynacord, Electro-Voice, RTS and Telex. The diverse product portfolio includes loudspeakers, audio electronics, intercom, public address systems and more – and targets an equally broad audience from musicians to governments to stadiums. Team members are based in Europe, the US, Singapore and China.

The

Segment Marketing Communications Manager, Electro-Voice Portable Speakers and Microphones

will be innovative, and have the opportunity to lead, identify, and create solutions to business challenges, as well as influence or guide in matters related to marketing communications.

Electro-Voice

is looking for a passionate brand and marcom professional to join our core team for North America. The role of Segment Marketing Communications Manager will be pivotal in defining and driving the Electro-Voice brand and ensuring highest impact of our marketing communications activities in the region. The main responsibilities of this position include:

Develops and executes the marketing communications plan for the segment in the region – mobilizes the power of branding, digital marketing and events with dedicated segment budget and resources

Challenges the status quo and goes into new terrain to grow the brand(s) and extend our reach and impact – deploys the necessary tools and platforms for eCommerce, partner / dealer co-marketing, direct-to-end-user communications, digital channels, lead generation strategies, reporting and analytics

Active collaboration with regional marketing, regional sales, partners and product management to understand the needs of the segment in the region and effectively prioritize and deploy most relevant and impactful activities and resources

A strong understanding of the target audience(s), what they care about and the communications channels to best reach them

Acts as content creator by developing and deploying content from users, artists, ambassadors, customers and/or partners. Dives deep into online digital and social media channels as well as offline face-to-face events to maximize brand impact.

Responsible for regional / local media and PR activities to bring awareness to the brand, people, portfolio and products

Is the marketing communications expert in the core team alongside marketing and sales, leading with fresh and effective strategies and tactics to bring our brand(s), products and solutions to the prosound market including DJs, musicians, production and rental customers

Speaks with data and insights through regular reporting on the effectiveness of regional campaigns (brand and partner / dealer-owned) for brand awareness and lead generation

Ensures strong guidance and collaboration with agencies, interns and other support resources for on-brand, on-message communications

Has the skillset to execute on copywriting, digital campaigns and graphic design tasks to ensure a quick pace on critical activities as required

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing or related field

Minimum five plus years of marketing communications experience required

Minimum five plus years of digital marketing experience

Business-to-Business experience in related technology industry is required

Experience in the respective industry is an advantage (professional audio, proaudio, prosound)

Results-focused with a deep sense of accountability and experience leading projects from start to finish

Experience developing trusted relationships cross-functionally business

Ability to think strategically and creatively, while maintaining great attention to detail and action-orientation

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite an advantage

Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
