SAIC is looking for a Director of Marketing for our Army and Navy Business Group, who will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy aligned to Army/Navy business priorities. This is an important role that has a direct and significant impact to the company’s success, our ability to shape our markets, and the perception of the SAIC brand by our Defense stakeholders.

This position is responsible for creating and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns to accelerate growth within our Army and Navy business groups. You will build and execute marketing plans that generate market excitement, showcase customer value, and generate pipeline. Proficiency in market shaping, lead management and revenue attribution are essential. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in marketing and a deep understanding of the unique needs of the Defense industry, specifically around Technology and Engineering solutions and services.

Responsibilities:

Engage and inspire internal and external stakeholders to position SAIC as a leader in bringing the solutions to drive our customers’ mission around the world.

Partner with Army/Navy Business Group leaders and subject matter experts to differentiate SAIC in the market, establish thought leadership, and position the company for competitive advantage.

Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels to drive engagement and conversions.

Plan, design, execute and measure external marketing efforts around advertising, tradeshows and events, customer demos, digital campaigns, community relations and thought leadership.

Leverage experience in leading marketing teams to develop marketing strategies for large-scale brand executions.

Apply marketing concepts, methodologies, and tools, including developing and managing marketing campaigns to meet top company priorities.

Play a crucial role in advising and influencing senior leaders on marketing strategy, planning, and execution.

Direct the execution of marketing research, content creation, and development and execution of marketing campaigns.
