Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Field Events Manager to join our dynamic team at SHI. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with Sales Leadership and leading the promotional strategy and alignment for Partner Conferences, SHI Summits, and Premier Events. This manager-level position requires a candidate with outstanding leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in the successful promotion and execution of high-level corporate events with cross-team collaboration.

ResponsibilitiesInclude, but are not limited to:

Develop and implement an overall internal communication strategy for partner conferences, SHI Summits, and Premier Events, ensuring alignment with Sales Leadership objectives and brand guidelines.

Develop and execute promotional strategies, which include but not limited to emails and social media for both pre, during and post event.

Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure all events deliver on strategic objectives and provide an exceptional experience for attendees.

Evaluate the success of each event, providing post-event analysis, budget recaps, and participant feedback and overall marketing impact regularly to stakeholders

Continuously research industry trends and competitor events to ensure our events remain innovative and engaging.

Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors, negotiating contracts as necessary.

Design event success criteria and customer experience strategy for dedicated business segment

Forge closer working relationships with Sales Leadership to develop field event strategy which supports BU objectives

Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, Copy, and Partner Marketing to develop value proposition messaging and align SMEs to attend/speak

Partner with Event Management to outline event logistics and needs

Develop promotional materials, including emails and landing page

Manage Monday.com project plan and tasks

Manage Marketo program setup and lead management

Own and update field event calendar

Integrate TOFU leads into campaigns

Provide reporting to Sales Leadership for follow-up sales activity

Capture insights and feedback, internally and externally, to inform future field event strategy and messaging

Own post-event strategy and communications

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Certification in Marketing

Minimum 2 years working in Marketing

B2B career experience

Unique Requirements

Up to 25% travel required

Additional Information

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
