About The Role:

Notion is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to build and own our portfolio of performance marketing channels globally. This role encompasses Paid Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Attribution/Measurement strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of performance marketing at Notion and drive significant growth. Performance marketing is in its infancy at Notion, and this role will be building the program from a small/scrappy base into a top driver of Notion’s new user growth and brand awareness.What You'll Achieve:

Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across various channels, including Paid Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Attribution/Measurement.Build and optimize marketing campaigns to drive high-ROI new user acquisition, while achieving high reach and scaling internationally.Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop compelling and effective marketing creatives that resonate with our target audience.Leverage UGC from influencers and content creators to scale creative volume efficiently.Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using modern measurement frameworks. Work closely with Data Science & Strategic Finance to assess ROI of marketing spend and allocate budgets.Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Notion remains at the forefront of performance marketing.Skills You'll Need to Bring:

8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on marketing to SMBs at scale.Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies in high-growth companies.Experience with localization of campaigns and creatives globally.Multi-channel management experience (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Affiliates) via a team, with recent direct channel ownership experience.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
