For Slack, we are searching for a dynamic and strategic Product Marketer with a strong focus on Thought Leadership to join our innovative team. As a Thought Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our company's thought leadership strategy. Your primary goal will be to position our products and brand as industry leaders through compelling content and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities & Impact:

Lead and create the core value proposition and selling points.Develop and execute a comprehensive thought leadership strategy aligned with business objectives.Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to identify key industry trends, customer challenges, and market opportunities.Create high-impact content such as articles, whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and presentations that showcase our expertise and differentiate our products in the market.Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our thought leadership content remains relevant and impactful.Measure and analyze the effectiveness of thought leadership campaigns, and continuously optimize strategies based on insights and data.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketers on thought leadership best practices and content development.Build consensus, alignment, and engagement across Campaigns, Creative, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Customer SuccessRequired Skills:

8+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing, or corporate marketingStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to strategize and craft compelling messagingImpactful presentation skills, both in content development and in delivering the messageDrive hands-on tactical executionPick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguityExperience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)Preferred Skills:

Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
