Creative Marketing Specialist

assists in coordinating and implementing marketing and communications activities for the organization's products and/or services. This position requires intermittent travel; approximately 4-6 weeks per year.

Assists in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for company projects and initiatives, including trade publications, paid advertising, and internal campaigns.Manages trade shows and other events including the planning and execution of each.Assists with the creation of various marketing collateral including photography, videos, and advertisements.Manages and maintains marketing, sales, and service collateral.Productivity / Job Knowledge 20%

Requirements

Qualifications and Essential Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Graphic Design / Art and a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram forms and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.Computer skills including MS Office products, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, video editing, and other software tools appropriate for the position.Strong writer with the ability to write advertising, reports, business correspondence, and other various marketing communications.An awesome communicator that can effectively give presentations and create supporting visual tools to enhance messaging.Ability to effectively respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

The noise level in the office work environment is usually quiet. Employee may be exposed to shop environment while distributing documents to shop area. When on shop floor, employee will be required to wear safety glasses at all times, steel-toed footwear and ear protection when job demands presence in areas outside safety zones, and gloves when handling material.
