MANAGER, DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY

The Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy, will play a major role in leading our strategic marketing campaigns and programs across our digital ecosystem. Along with developing/executing effective campaigns, they will spearhead building innovative growth strategies for our "always on" brand awareness and product initiatives across multiple digital distribution channels with a high focus on paid media.

Among these responsibilities, they will lead the development, management, and implementation of our digital strategy and paid media across socials, search, programmatic, and other advertising outlets. They will serve as an expert for personalizing content across the user journey and for multiple audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

GENERAL

Develop and oversee all digital marketing strategy and implementation, including SEO/SEM, personalization strategy, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.Develop, execute, and optimize targeted marketing strategies across the funnel - inclusive of triggered, targeted, and broad-based campaigns.Lead audience segment creation and management for multi-channel marketing initiatives, such as retargeting, personalization, etc.;Develop, implement, and manage paid search, paid social, and display marketing strategies and oversees the day-to-day execution and optimization of performance.PAID ADVERTISING

Launch and optimize paid media campaigns on digital channels such as LinkedIn, Google, programmatic media and other relevant digital platforms.Manage the successful execution and launch of a paid media campaign, including the development of advertising media plans that outline budget allocation, platform utilization, targeted audiences, and other variables necessary for launching digital campaignsActively monitor costs and analyze the health of marketing contribution to sales pipeline, program ROI, and customer acquisition.Optimize online response and conversion rates via ad copy, landing page optimization, testing, and behavioral targeting.Develop and execute testing models across MTA, MMM, and other spend optimization tactics for paid media and other effortsDIGITAL CAMPAIGNS

Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of a digital marketing campaign to effectively promote our brand from creating briefs, template, and workflows to audience targeting, messaging, marketing mix and reporting.Defines and documents business requirements for every campaign, including audience traits, content and call to action, channels/destinations, etc.;Use campaign data to recommend and implement optimizations to improve overall campaign performanceWEBSITE / SEO

Manage and implement SEO including keyword research, on and offsite optimization, derive insights, develop recommendations, and make decisions for content strategy based on data.Manage regular website content updates, as well as personalized content targeting, utilizing agency and internal resources.EMAIL MARKETING

Regularly identify trends and email marketing strategies from other leading global brands to glean insights on standard methodologies and new innovative ideas for email marketing tactics, including audits of how we can acquire, nurture and retain these clients.Set annual KPIs for website, digital, email marketing and social channels, monitor performance, provide regular analytics reports, identify trends and innovate to increase engagement and results.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree7+ years of relevant B2B experience working in Digital Marketing3 years of Paid Media (search and social) experience at a digital marketing agencyHave owned full acquisition, demand, or lead generation funnel and reported back on performanceStrong experience with top-of-funnel and bottom of funnel (required to have experience in both)Have proven experience and a solid track record in managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (must have managed big budgets)Proven ability to partner with creative people, aligning creative work via clear briefs and reviews.Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and conversion testingExceptional planning and organizational skills, ability to lead projects and work with cross-functional teams
